摘　　要：目的分析高血压病及合并缺血性脑卒中患者凝血、纤溶系统分子标志物指标的变化及意义,为临床早期诊治提供客观依据。方法检测100例高血压病患者、100例高血压病合并缺血性脑卒中患者及100例健康对照者血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)、α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)、11—去氢血栓烷B2(11-DH-TXB2)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)及纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物-1(PAI-1)含量,进行分析与评价。结果高血压病患者、高血压病合并缺血性脑卒中患者血浆ET-1、GMP-140、11-DH-TXB2、FIB、t-PA、PAI-1含量均明显高于正常对照者,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论高血压病患者存在明显的凝血及纤溶功能失衡,并与病情进展,缺血性脑卒中的发生密切相关,早期防治具有重要的临床意义。Objective To observe changes of coagulation - fibrinolysis in hypertensive and complicated with cerebral infarction patients for offering some assistance to clinical diagnosis and treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods A aeries of molecular markers, that is ET- 1 ,GMP- 140,11 -DH- TXB2, FIB, t- PA and its inhibitor,were measured in 100 hypertensive patients , 100 hypertensive patients complicated with cerebral infarction and 100 normal eoatrols. Results Plasma levels of ET - 1, GMP - 140,11 - DH - TXB2, FTB ,t - PA and PAI- 1 were found significantly higher in hypertensive patients complicated with cerebrel infarctionpatients（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions There are abnormal coagulation - fibrinolysis in hypertensive and complicated with cerebral infarction patients. Appropriate treatment targeted on above abnormalities should be adopted.
