失地农民出路问题的研究——以商丘市城乡结合部为例

摘　　要：针对土地征收带来的失地农民问题,在对商丘城乡结合部具体情况典型调查的基础上,分析总结了当前困扰失地农民的就业难、补偿低、无保障以及少重视四大问题。并根据相关专家的合理建议和相关试点的经验总结,分项阐述了帮助失地农民就业、增加征地补偿金、建立社会保障体系、加强干部对失地农民问题的关注等四个方面的实施建议和对策。Based on investigation about situation confronting farmers who have lost their farm land due to land requisition in outskirts of Shangqiu city, four major problems afflicting the farmers are summarized such as unemployment, low economical compensation, no living security and less cares from the local authorities. Accordingly, four solutions have been suggested after taking into consideration both the recommendations from relevant experts and the empirical solutions being tried successfully elsewhere.
