关于建立夫妻财产登记制度的思考

摘　　要：我国向来缺乏对个人财产进行监管的传统,至今也未建立对夫妻财产有效监控的法律制度。应当建立夫妻财产登记制度,以保护夫妻一方或双方债权人的合法利益,维护婚姻中财产关系的安全,促进社会信用体系的建立健全。In our country, we always lack of the traditions of watching and charging the personal properties. We haven＇t established the legal system of effectively watching and chargit,g husband and wife＇s properties up to the present. We should establish the husband and wife＇s properties registration system so as to protect the creditors＂ legal behalves in wife＇s side or in both sides, to maintain the safety of properties relations in the marriage, to advance the fully establishment of the social credit system.
