摘  要:通过大量的复合尼龙粉末烧结实验,研究不同工艺参数如激光功率、铺粉厚度、预热温度对制件翘曲程度的影响,并采用翘曲高度法、弦长与实长的差异法来表征翘曲程度,根据实验数据绘出了尼龙制件翘曲程度随各工艺参数的变化曲线,总结出了制件翘曲程度随各工艺参数变化的趋势。The influences of different sintering parameters such as laser power, thickness of a single layer, preheating temperature on the warpage in selective laser sintering nylon materials were sudied with plenty of experiments. The warpage degree was characterized by means of warpage height and difference between chord length and true length, and the variational curve which exhibited the relationship of warpage degree along with technical parameters was described according to experimental datum. The mutative tendency of warpage degree along with the parameters was summarized.
