摘　　要：介绍一种当应力、强度呈非正态分布时的可靠度的计算方法,以用来进行机械可靠性设计,并以一个地震载荷的直立压力容器为例加以说明。In this paper one method for calculating the reliability when the stress and strength are non - normal distribution, is presented. Then this reliability may be used to design pressure vessel by means of mechanical reliability . And a example which the vertical pressure vessel is suffered earthquake load , is given in this paper.
