摘 要:长庆气田集气站均采用多井加热炉,各单井来气经多井加热炉加热后,再经节流阀节流膨胀制冷,以获得低温分离运行温度。为确保单井节流后温度0--18℃、各单井节流后混合气温度-8--15℃,主要是通过气路控制系统来实现水浴温度的自动调节,以控制单井天然气加热后温度的。为了更充分利用集气站现有的SCADA系统控制功能,现场通过对多井加热炉自控系统进行了改造,增加了电路控制系统,实现了电路控制系统和气路控制系统相互切换,可直接在计算机上选定所要控制的温度范围,不仅方便了员工操作、减少了员工实际的工作量,而且提高了多井加热炉自控控制水平。The gas gathering stations of ChangQingYulin gas field apply normally multiwell heating furnace. The natural gas of every single gas well is heated by the mutiwell heating furnace firstly, and it is throttled by the throttle valve to cause temperature drop so as to obtain operating temperature of the low - temperature separation process. At present, both the single separation temperature 0 - -18℃ and the combined separation temperature -8 - -15℃ are realized by water bath temperature's self- regulation of the gas circuit controlling system. In order to make good use of present SCADA system control function of the gas gathering station, the autonomous system is reconstructed to add a electric circuit controlling system, achieves taking turns reciprocally between the electric circuit one and gas circuit one and being able to choose optionally the temperature control band in the computer. Not only do it make operations convenient for the personnel and reduce the amount of work, but also it lifts the automatic control level of autonomous system Of multiwell heating furnace.
