加味参苓白术散治疗抗结核药致胃肠道副反应40例观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味参苓白术散治疗脾胃虚弱型及气阴两虚型肺结核患者化疗期间胃肠道副反应的疗效。方法:68例随机分为治疗组40例及对照组28例。治疗组用加味参苓白术散治疗,对照组用胃复安、施尔康治疗,均30天后统计结果。结果:治疗组总有效率90.0%,对照组总有效率85.7%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:加味参苓白术散治疗脾胃虚弱型及气阴两虚型肺结核患者胃肠道副反应有较好疗效。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Ginseng Hoelen and Rhizoma Powder phls other drugs in treating side effect of the stomach and intestine of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in the period of Chems, whose syndrome is weakness of the spleen and stomach or weakness of Qi and Yin. Method ：68 cases were randmly divided into two groups. 40 cases were treated with Ginseng Hoelen and Rhizoma Powder plus other drugs as the study group while 28 cases were treated with Metoclopramide and Theragran. The result was gained by statistical calculation after 30 days. Result ： The total effective rate of the study group is90.0% while that of the control group is 85.7%. There is significant difference between the two groups（p 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Ginseng Hoelen and Rhizoma Powder plus other drugs has good therapeutic effect in treating side effect of the stomach and intestine of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in the period of Chems, whose syndrome is weakness of the spleen and stomach or weakness of Qi and Yin.
