摘  要:应用单因素试验和正交试验,进行了微波辅助萃取香附挥发油的工艺研究,得到了微波辅助萃取香附挥发油的最佳条件:以环己烷为溶剂,微波功率450 W,萃取两次,每次90 s,每次用液料质量比为6:1。萃取液进行真空浓缩至不再有溶剂蒸出,得挥发油粗产品。往挥发油粗产品中加入乙醇溶解,放入-15℃冰箱中冷冻48 h,离心分离去除树脂状物质,过滤,滤液进行真空浓缩后,即得香附挥发油,产率约1.24%,纯度97.3%。Microwave-assisted extraction(MAE) of volatile oils from Cyperus rotundus L. was studied with single factor test and orthogonal method.The optimum conditions are obtained;cyclohexane as solvent,extracting twice,the microwave power 450W,the radiating time 90s,the solvent-material mass ratio 6:1,The extracted solution was concentrated under vacuum to give crude volatile oils which were dissolved in ethanol and frozen at -15℃ for 48h.Then the solution was sparated centrifugally and filtered to get rid of impurities.the volatile oils with yield of 1.24% and purity of 97.3% were then obtained after distilling the liquor under vacuum.
