药流安胶囊对人早孕蜕膜组织雌、孕激素受体mRNA水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨药流安胶囊对早孕蜕膜组织中雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)mRNA表达水平的影响。方法取正常早孕人工流产(对照组)、口服药流安胶囊(药物组)流产各10名孕妇的蜕膜组织,采用荧光定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)分析技术,检测ER和PR mRNA表达的变化。结果对照组蜕膜中ER的表达量为(4347±1744)拷贝/μl,PR为(1.55±1.06)×107拷贝/μl,药物组蜕膜中ER的表达量为(23923±14629)拷贝/μl,PR为(432±299)拷贝/μl,两组中ER、PR的表达水平均有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论药流安胶囊发挥其抗早孕效应,可能与其能在mRNA水平正调节蜕膜组织中ER,下调PR,干扰ER/PR之间的平衡有关。Objective To investigate the effect of Yaoliu-an capsule on mRNA expression of estrogen receptor （ER） and progesterone receptor （PR） in human decidua among early pregnancy. Methods 20 early pregnant women were divided into two groups at random, group 1 ：10 cases served as control ; group 2：10 cases administered Yaoliu-an capsule. After the decidua was got, the total RNA was extracted. Then, the mRNA expression of ER and PR was detected by fluorogenic quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. Results In the group 1 ,the mRNA of ER was （4 347 ±1 744） copies/μl , and PR was （1.55 ± 1.06）× 10^7 copies/μl. In the group 2, the mRNA of ER ,PR were （23 923 ± 14 629）copies/μl and （432 ± 299）copies/μl ,repectively. The mRNA expression of ER in group 1 was lower than that in group 2, but the PR was higher than that in group 2（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The result suggests that the Yaoliu an capsule suitable for the anti-early pregnancy is most probably because that it may distort the balance of mRNA expression between ER and PR in human decidua among early pregnancy.μ
