摘　　要：地震是在剪应力作用下发生的岩石大规模破裂过程。因此，环境剪应力值τ０是控制地震发生的主要因素。我们根据环境应力场确定大震危险区，经过３年的时间检验，结果表明，大约７０％的地震都发生在我们事先确定的危险区内．Earthquake is the rupture prdess of rock In large scale under the applied shear stress.So the ambient stear stress values r0 are the main factor controlled earthquake occurrence.We have determined several risk regions based on ambient shear stress field.A practical test for 3 years shows that about 70% earthquakes are fallen into the risk regions dellneated by us prior the earthquake occurrence.
