摘 要:对南海北部水域33个站位上层海水(水深200m以上)的温度、盐度、无机营养盐(包括NO3N、NO2N、NH3N、活性硅酸盐、活性磷酸盐)、溶解氧、pH、叶绿素a等水质理化因子进行现场监测和实验室分析,并对这些参数进行主成分的统计分析与关键水质因子筛选,进而阐述温度的空间分布规律及其内在联系。结果表明,统计分析得到的3个主成分可以解释大约70%的总体方差。主成分1中温度、溶解氧、pH、硝酸盐等参数之间的联系最为紧密,而温度最高的特征分值说明海水的温度是南海北部水体最为关键的水质因子,海水的温热结构决定着其他水质参数的分布模式和变化特点。南海北部海水中的活性磷酸盐、活性硅酸盐以及硝酸盐等无机营养盐都与海水的温度、溶解氧和pH具有较大的相关性;而主成分2含有叶绿素a和亚硝酸盐2个参数,代表海水中浮游植物生长状况的叶绿素a与海水中的亚硝酸盐具有明显的线性关系。说明南海北部海水中藻类生长和海水中亚硝酸盐的水平具有很高的相关性。Water quality parameters of seawater samples obtained from 33 stations in the northern South China Sea during the open cruise held by South China Sea Institute of Oceanology in Sep. and Oct. of 2004 were measured in situ or in lab, including salinity, temperature, macro-nutrients (i. e. NO3-N, NO2-N, NH3-N, PO4 and SiO3-Si), dissolved oxygen (DO), pH, and Chl. a. Primary component analysis was used to identify the relationships among these parameters. It was found that, 3 primary components could explain about 70% variance for all samples, and temperature was the most important factor among all measured 10 parameters. Temperature structure regulated the contribution and variation of other parameters in the north South China Sea. PO4, SiO3-Si, and NO3-N were linear with temperature, DO and pH level. Chl. a and NO2, which were both contained in the second primary component, were correlated linearly, suggesting that the development and growth of phytoplankton in the northern South China Sea are highly correlated to NO2 N content.
