烯唑醇对冷季型草坪草生长及生理活性的影响

摘　　要：以不同浓度的烯唑醇(S3308)处理冷季型禾本科草坪草,结果表明,烯唑醇能使草坪草根系活力、叶绿素含量、蛋白质含量、呼吸强度、过氧化物酶(POD)和硝酸还原酶(NR)活性明显增加。叶片长、宽随浓度的提高而减小,叶片厚度随浓度的提高而增加。烯唑醇对草坪草生长具有显著的抑制作用。烯唑醇处理具有十分明显的浓度效应,处理浓度在15 mg/L时为宜,最大不应超过20 mg/L。Treated cool-season turfgrass with different dose of diniconazole （S3308）the results showed that root system activity,chlorophyll content,protein content,respiratory intensity, POD and NR activities of leaves increased rapidly,with the increasing of （S3308）concentration, leaf size reduced, thickness increased. S3308 had significant inhibition effect on the growth of turfgrass and different concentration had different effect, the most suitable concentration was 15 mg/L,and 20 mg/L was the max concentration.
