摘 要:在650℃下对65Mn钢进行了C方式的等径弯曲通道变形(Equal Channel AngularPressing,简称ECAP)研究。重复挤压时试样沿轴线旋转180°再装入模具。通过光学及透射显微镜研究发现:ECAP变形后65Mn钢的累积等效真应变达到5左右,片层状的珠光体组织演变成了超细的渗碳体颗粒均匀分布于亚微晶铁素体基体组织中;变形5道次后铁素体基体为均匀的等轴晶,平均晶粒尺寸约为0.3μm。65Mn钢经ECAP变形后,硬度明显提高。The deformation behavior of 65 Mn steel by equal channel angular pressing(ECAP) was investigated at 650℃ with route C in which the sample was rotated 180° along its longitudinal axis. The characteristics of ECAP and the influence of ECAP on the structure and mechanical property were analyzed using optical microscopy( OP), transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and hardness. The results showed that as the total equivalent true strain reached 5 for the 65 Mn steel by ECAP, the microstructure evolved from lamella pearlite into ultrafine cementite particles dispersed uniformly in the ferrite matrix after 5 passes distortion, and the ferrite matrix consisted of homogeneous equiaxed grains with an average grain size of 0.3 μm. The hardness was considerably increased after ECAP.
