阿魏酸钠对溃疡性结肠炎患者血小板功能异常的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨阿魏酸钠对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者血小板功能异常的影响。方法UC患者64例分为阿魏酸钠治疗组31例,阳性对照组33例,并设30例健康者为正常对照组,分别于治疗前和治疗3周后检测血小板a颗粒膜蛋白、血栓烷B2、6-酮-前列腺素F1 a、血小板粘附率及血管性假血友病因子相关抗原水平。结果阿魏酸钠治疗组和阳性对照组血小板活化指标及血管内皮损伤程度显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),活动期UC患者又明显高于缓解期患者(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血小板活化指标、血管内皮损伤指标明显改善(P<0.05),而正常对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)结论阿魏酸钠能明显抑制UC患者体内血小板活化,减轻炎症反应,对UC有一定治疗价植。Objective To study the effects of sodium ferulate（SF） on the abnormal function of platelet in patients with ulcerative colitis （UC）. Methods Sixty-four patients with UC were randomly divided into SF therapy group（31 cases） and positive control group （33 cases） and 30 healthy people were collected in negative control group. Before and after 3 weeks treatment, the level of a-granule membrane protein, thromboxane B2, 6-Keto-PGF1a, platelet adhesion rate and yon Willebrand factor related antigen vWF： Ag in platelets were detected by means of ELISA, platelet adhesion tester, and monoclonal-ELISA respectivly. Results The indexes of platelet activation and vWF： Ag in SF therapy group and positive control group were significantly higer than those in the negative control group（P 〈 0.01）. The difference of platelet activation indexes and vWF： Ag before and after the treatment was singnificant in SF therapy group（P 〈 0.05）, but there was no significant difference in positive control group （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion SF can significantly restrain the activation of platelet in patients with UC, and relieve the inflammatory reaction with certain therapeutic effects on UC.
