摘  要:采用气相色谱/质谱仪测定了在植被恢复演替过程中起重要作用的黄蒿挥发油成分。共鉴定出38种化合物,检出物占总质量的87.53%。被认为是主要他感物质的萜烯类物质有12种,占挥发油总量的45.04%。Volatile oil composition of Artemisia scopariawas studied. It plays an important role in the succession of natural vegetation. The volatile oil from Artemisia scoparia was extracted by hydrodistillation method. The oil obtained was analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC - MS). More than 80 peaks were separated and 38 compounds representing 87.53% of the oil were identified. There are 12 Terpenoids and alkenes eompounds being main allelochemicals. It was 45.04% of the total substances detected.
