摘 要:以Ba6-3x(Sm1-yBiy)8+2xTi18O54(x=2/3)为研究对象,运用均匀设计方法确定实验配方,研究了在不同y值下,不同含量的B2O3和ZnO对该系列陶瓷性能的影响。研究结果表明,添加剂的加入使陶瓷的烧结温度降低了250℃左右,并可以得到介电常数在48~91,介电损耗在(3~9)×10^14之间的陶瓷材料。其中,当y+0.35,B2O3为1%(质萤分数)时,陶瓷的烧结温度为1150℃,介电常数可达87.2,介电损耗为3×10^-4。在此基础上,利用XRD和SEM检测了材料的物相和断面形貌。In this study using the uniform design theory to get the prescription of ceramics, we investigated the properties of Ba6-3x(Sm1-yBiy)8+2xTi18O54(x=2/3) ceramics with different value y and additives. The results show that the sintering temperature was lowed about 250℃, the dielectric constant of ceramics was in a range from 48 to 91 and the dielectric loss was between 3×10^-4 and 6×10^-4 with adding different additives (eg.B2O3, ZnO). When 0.5wt% of B2O3 and 0.0wt% of ZnO ceramic powder were mixed with the Ba4 (Sm1-yBiy)9.33 Ti18O54 (y=0.30) ceramics, the derived ceramics demonstrated good properties with a low sintering temperature(T=11.50℃), a large dielectric constant(εr+87.2 and a low dielectric loss (tanδ = 3×10^-4). Meanwhile, crystalline phases of the ceramics were identified by XPD. SEM study d the ceramics was also employed.
