摘 要:为了解释板翅式机油冷却器在静压实验中破坏位置的倾向性,借助数值方法分别从静态和动态两个方面对实验过程进行模拟,找出了油冷器最易破坏的两个位置.提出了脉动压力导致破坏的观点,解释了油冷器破坏位置的倾向性,指出在油压爆破实验中盲板法兰相对油道转角处翅片的破坏几率高于进油口相对油道转角处翅片的破坏几率为正常现象,否则可能是产品质量问题.根据计算结果,提出了油冷器的加强方案和实验改进方案,推导了翅片两端抗拉强度比值的概率分布规律,并建议通过该分布规律来辅助判断翅片质量.Aimed at interpreting the oil cooler crack positions in oil bursting experiments, based on numerical methods, calculation was done to simulate the experiment statically and dynamically. According to the static simulation, two positions on the oil cooler have the most probability of cracking. It was proposed that pulsating pressure leads to crack. Based on this proposal, dynamic simulation was undertaken to explain the tendency of crack positions. Conclusion was drawn that it is rational for the oil cooler to crack most frequently at the bottom corner of the oil outlet channel opposite to the blank flange. Finally, a method to intensify the oil cooler was proposed, and a scheme to improve the oil bursting experiment was put forward. The probability distribution of tensile strength ratio between two ends of the fin was deduced, and it was suggested that the probability distribution be adopted to assist the judgment of fin quality.
