摘 要:针对一种由2个吸附/解吸真空腔和1个蒸发器热管工作真空腔组成的新型硅胶-水吸附式制冷机进行了实验研究,确定了吸附床的热力性能及机组的动态运行特性.实验结果表明:在运行过程中制冷机表现出了独特的运行特性,吸附床也表现出了良好的热力特性,系统运行采用了一种新的高效吸附制冷循环方式;系统运行的回质过程增大了循环吸附量,提高了制冷机对低温热源的适应能力.A novel silica gel-water adsorption chiller was experimentally studied, which consists of two adsorption/desorption chambers and one heat-pipe working chamber of evaporator. The dynamic operating characteristics of the chiller and the thermodynamic characteristics of the adsorber were obtained. The experimental results show that the dynamic operating characteristics of the chiller and the thermodynamic characteristics of the adsorber are satisfactory and that the cycle is a novel and effective adsorption cycle. The mass recovery process increases the cyclic adsorption capacity of the system and improves the chiller's adaptability to low-grade heat source. In addition, this novel chiller is much suitable for the air conditioning system with low dehumidification requirement or large cycle flowrate as well as industrial cooling water system.
