摘 要:针对LY12硬铝合金,研究了搅拌摩擦焊焊接中搅拌针与被焊金属间力的作用对整个焊接过程的影响.搅拌针与被焊金属之间的力通过影响产热机制和金属流动来影响焊接质量.通过测量焊机上驱动水平工作台运动的电机的相关数据间接测量焊接过程中搅拌针与被焊金属之间的作用力,得到搅拌针与被焊金属之间的作用力与焊接工艺之间的影响关系是:搅拌针与被焊金属之间的作用力在焊速一定的情况下随着摩擦头转速的提高而减小,在摩擦头转速一定的情况下随着焊速的增大而增大.同时结合有关影响搅拌摩擦焊焊接质量的因素,确定了3 mmLY12铝合金的最佳焊接工艺.The effect of the acting force of stirring pin upon the welded material on the whole welding process was investigated by studied using LY12 aluminium alloy. The force between stirring pin and welded material influence the quality of welding line in such a way that it generates the heat and change the flow of the welded material. In order to measure this force, the relevant data of driving electromotor of horizontal table was measured. Then the relation ship of the force of the friction head to the welding process as well as to the welded metal can be concluded was obtained as follows: the force decreases with the increase of the rotational speed when the traverse welding speed is constant, but increases with the increase of the traverse speed when the rotational speed is constant. At the same time, the optimal welding process of LY12 aluminium alloy is obtained by using associative factors, which have influence on the quality of the friction stirring welding.
