高性能战斗机飞行员心理健康状况及个性特点分析

摘　　要：目的:评估高性能战斗机飞行员的心理健康状态和个性特点,为维护飞行员的心理健康提供客观依据.方法:采用飞行人员心理健康量表(MHI)对128名飞行员施测,其中高性能战斗机飞行员72名,其他战斗机机种飞行员56名.结果:高性能战斗机飞行人员心理适应度好,外向性格,强自信性,自律严谨、稳定成熟,成就指数较高;不同飞行时间高性能战斗机飞行人员MHI各因素分及四个维度间差异不显著(P>0.05);高性能战斗机飞行员在多项因子分上与非高性能战斗机飞行员相比,除性格倾向性(P=0.24)、进取性(P=0.27)、敢为性(P=0.13)三个因素外,其余各因素及各维度间均有显著差异.结论:高性能战斗机飞行员的心理健康状态要好于非高性能战斗机飞行员,其性格特点表现为强自信、情绪稳定、沉着、坚定,高敢为性,有意志,坚忍不拔等.AIM： To assess the mental health status and personality of the third generation battle pilots and to provide evidence for appraising and improving their mental health. METHODS： Mental health inventory （MHI） for Chinese pilots was used to assess the mental health status of 128 pilots, including 72 third generation battle pilots and 56 second generation battle pilots. RESULTS： By statistical analysis, the mental adaptation of the third generation battle pilots was hetter and they displayed extroverted characters, strong self-confidence, self-discipline, maturity and higher achievement index. There was no obvious difference in all MHI＇s factors and the four dimensions between the third generation battle pilots of different flying time （P 〉0.05）. Between the third generation battle pilots and the second generation battle pilots, the rest of factors and dimensions had obvious difference except the factors of personality tendency （ P = 0.24 ）, enterprising spirit （ P = 0. 27 ） and daring spirit （ P = 0.13）. CONCLUSION; The mental health status of the third generation battle pilots is better than that of the second generation battle pilots. The personality of the third generation battle pilots is more self-confident and emotionally stable, which are important factors in the mental status of pilots.
