摘 要:研究了以城市生活污水处理厂剩余污泥为主体的生物净化剂多级串联处理含铍废水工艺及其主要影响因素。研究结果表明,单柱最优条件为:上升流速4 L/h,生物净化剂量100 mL,处理水量1 L,进水铍质量浓度99.29μg/L;初始质量浓度为94.07μg/L的含铍废水经3柱串联处理后出水中铍质量浓度低于5μg/L,达到国家排放标准,串联处理过程中生物净化剂的单位处理能力大于257.11μg。Beryllium-containing wastewater was disposed of by biosorption agent made mainly of residual activated sludge from municipal sewerage treatment plants. The main factors and optimized conditions were discussed in detail during the bio-purification process. The results show that the optimized conditions are as follows: the ascending flow velocity is 4 L/h, the quantity of biosorption agents is 100 mL, the disposal water amount of 1 L, and the beryllium concentration of wastewater is 99.29 μg/L. After treated by three series column, the content of beryllium in wastewater decreases from 94.07 μg/L to less than 5 μg/L, which agrees with that of the state disposal standard. The unit disposal capacity of the agent reaches over 257.11 μg.
