预防医学学生艾滋病知识及其相关态度的调查分析

摘  要:目的了解预防医学专业学生艾滋病知识与其对待AIDS/HIV感染者态度,为制定相应的健康教育模式提供科学依据。方法整群抽取某医学院校一至四年级预防医学专业大学本科生进行艾滋病知识、态度匿名问卷调查。结果共调查1 460名预防医学学生,艾滋病知识得分均值为(76.13±12.96)分,其中艾滋病传播途径的知识得分高于非传播途径的(P<0.01);四年级学生知识得分高于其他年级(P<0.01),城市和城镇学生知识得分高于农村学生(P<0.01)。对“择业时是否愿意到与AIDS/HIV感染者接触的科室工作?”问题,一至四年级学生肯定回答率分别为52.2%、40.1%3、5.1%和34.0%(P<0.01);“是否愿意为AIDS/HIV感染者服务”问题,一至四年级学生肯定回答率分别为41.9%3、7.6%、43.0%和36.9%(P<0.01)。如果爱人感染艾滋病,74.5%以上的学生表示自己会支持关心,而家人感染艾滋病的支持率达89.3%。结论预防医学学生对艾滋病知识掌握较好,但仍有部分人对AIDS/HIV感染者有恐惧心理和歧视态度。在大学生中开展控制和预防艾滋病的健康教育是非常必要的。Objective To understand the knowledge and attitude related to AIDS among preventive medicine students and to improve AIDS health education modal. Metheds Anonymous questionnaires were used to collect information about HIV/AIDS-related knowledge and attitude from grade 1 to grade 4 students from a medical college by cluster sampling. Results 1 460 students were investigated. The mean score of AIDS knowledge was 76.13± 12.96 and the score of AIDS transmition routes was higher thaa that of the non transmition ( P 〈 0.01 ). Grade four students got the highest score ( P 〈 0.01). The score of students came from city and county was higher than that came from town ( P 〈 0.01). The percentages of "Yes" answer to the question "Would you liketo work in HIV/AIDS department?" were 52.2%, 40.1%, 35.1% and 34.0% (P 〈 0.01) and to "Would you like to serve person with HIV/AIDS?" were 41.9%, 37.6%, 43.0% and 36.9% ( P 〈 0.01) in grade 1 to 4 students respectively. The support and care rotes to spouse and family members infected with HIV were 74.5% and 89.3% respectively. Conclusion The students of preventive medicine understood AIDS knowledge well but the attitude to person with HIV/AIDS still need to be improved.
