摘　　要：在论述司法职业道德内涵的基础上,根据我国司法职业道德的现状,分析存在问题的原因。提出必须建立完善的司法职业道德规范,加强司法人员的道德修养,坚定理想信念,提高司法水平,完善司法人格,实现司法公正。After we have discussed the substances of the judicial moral principles, and analyzed the reason of the problems, in the light of the present condition of our country, I think that a set of occupation moral principles superior to the general social moral principles must be established for the judicature. We have to improve the whole level of all the judicature, and enhance their ethical faiths, and increase judicial practice level will be helpful to heighten the social moral level, improve the judicature moral quality, and bring about the judicial justice.
