摘　　要：欠发达地区农村经济结构调整应以政策为引导,以科技为支撑,以机制创新为契机,加大“五退五还”力度,改善生态环境,培育龙头企业,延长产业链条。In less developed areas, the rural economic-structure adjustment can be implemented by means of the guidelines on policies and the support from science and technology. Moreover, the adjustment is bound to view mechanism and creativity as a perfect opportunity and to further reinforce the ＂Five Returns,Five Reductions＂. And most importantly, it must give much more priority to the refinement of the eco-environment, the nurture of leader enterprises and the extension of the production chain.
