摘　　要：侦查是揭露、证实犯罪的一种法律手段,对侦查的研究离不开对犯罪的分析。犯罪和侦查比较起来,侦查具有自身的强势和弱势。从变革侦查体制、强化侦查机制、提高侦查人员素质、加强物质技术保障、完善侦查对策体系入手,提高侦查破案的能力。Investigation is a kind of Legal means to reveal and verify crime, research about investigation can not do without the analysis on crime, Compared with the crime, investigation has itself advantage and weakness. To start with changing and strengthening the system of investigation, improving investigator＇s quality, strengthening ensurance of material technology, and perfecting the countermeasure system of investigation, then improve the ability of solving a case.
