高效液相色谱法测定骨刺消痛胶囊中丹皮酚的含量

摘　　要：目的 建立用高效液相色谱法测定骨刺消痛胶囊中丹皮酚含量的方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法，C18柱，流动相为甲醇-水（1：1），流速1．Oml/min，紫外检测波长为274nm。结果 丹皮酚在0．0628～0．5024μg之间呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9993）。平均回收率为99．16％（RSD=1．46％，n=5）。结论 所建立的方法稳定可靠灵敏、准确、简便，可用于骨刺消痛胶囊的质量控制。Aim To establish an HPLC method for determination of Paeonol content in Gucixiaotong Capsules. Methods The content was determined by HPLC. The analysis was carried out on C18 column; the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（ 1 ： 1 ） ; the flow rate was 1.0ml/min, and the utlraviolet detection wavelength was at 327nm. Results The linear regression for Gucixiaotong Capsule ranged from 0.062 8 to 0.502 4μg（ r = 0.999 3）. The average recovery rate was 99.16% with RSD 1.46%. Conclusion This method was sensitive, accurate, reproducible and exclusive. It can be used for quality control of Gucixiaotong Capsules.
