严重肝脏损伤大出血5例行肝周填塞法的治疗体会

摘　　要：目的观察严重肝脏损伤行肝周填塞法的治疗效果。方法对本院2000年1月—2005年7月行肝周填塞法处理的5例严重肝脏损伤的资料进行回顾分析。结果5例患者均痊愈出院,除1例出院时伴有右侧胸腔积液,无1例发生胆瘘、胆道出血或肝脓肿。结论肝周填塞法是处理严重肝脏损伤的一种行之有效的方法。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of peripheral hepatic tamping on severe hepatic injury. Methods Peripheral hepatic tamping of five cases with severe hepatic injury between Jan. 2000 and Jul. 2005 was retrospectively analyzed. Results All the five patients healed up and left hospital without biliary fistula, bile duct bleeding and hepatapostema, except one with right pleurorrhea. Conclusion Peripheral hepatic tart, ping is an effective therapeutic approach to severe hepatic injury.
