摘　　要：近年来,国内多个乙二醇装置的蒸发塔发现大量裂纹。结合2004年中国石油天然气股份有限公司独山子石化分公司检修期间发现的这类裂纹,就其成因和预防措施进行分析讨论。指出1Cr18Ni9设备在制造过程中,由于旋压塑性变形过大致使在奥氏体组织中产生了一定量的马氏体组织,使得热力学性能不稳定。建议在900℃左右进行焊接热处理,以稳定奥氏体组织。In the past several years, a number of evaporators in glycol plants in China have experienced a lot of cracks. The scheduled turnaround in Dushanzi Petrochemical Company/CNPC have found the corrosion behavior. The analysis of the root causes and discussion of prevention measures conclude that, the culprit of cracking is the instable thermodynamics resulted from martcnsitc in austenitc in the steel as the result of plastic deformation. The post weld heat treatment is recommended to stabilize the austenite.
