Concentration of Heavy Mental and Its Evaluation of Myrica rubra Fruits in Zhejiang Province

摘  要:对浙江省13个县(市区)10个品种计51个果实样品中的镉、汞、铅、砷和铜元素含量进行了测定,并与国家标准进行比对和评价,结果表明:果实中镉、汞、铅、砷和铜元素平均含量分别为0.006 3、0.001 5、0.060 65、0.047 56和0.458 8 mg/kg。除少量样品镉和汞元素超标外,94.12%的样品符合规定的标准,有37.25%的样品未检出汞,个别样品未检出铅。果实中5种元素占各自标准值多少从高到低顺序为:铅>镉>汞>砷>铜,镉和铅含量有增高、污染范围扩大的趋势。不同产地,不同品种镉、汞、铅和砷元素含量有一定差异,唯铜含量都较相近。51 samples, 10 varieties of waxberry in 13 counties of Zhejiang Province was assayed, evaluated and compared with national standard. It was indicated that, average concentration of Cd, Pb, Hg, As, Cu is 0. 006 3, 0. 001 5, 0. 060 65, 0. 047 56, 0. 458 8 mg/kg respectively. 94.12% of the sample accords with the standard, except a few samples have over - leveled Cd and Hg, no Hg was detected in 37.25% of the samples, no Pb in a few samples. The ratio of concentration and criterion of 5 elements in fruits come at the order of:Pb 〉 Cd 〉 Hg 〉 As 〉 Cu, it also shows that there is a pollution tendency of higher concentration and larger region of Cd and Pb. The concentration of Cd, Hg, Pb, As varies with varieties and regions, but concentration of Cu is approximate.
