奶牛胎衣不下与乳中孕酮、雌二醇含量的关系

摘　　要：用放射免疫法测定了50头中国荷斯坦牛分娩当天及第2 d乳中的孕酮(P)和雌二醇(E2)的含量。结果表明:胎衣不下牛产后的孕酮含量与正常牛无显著差异;而雌二醇则比正常牛低,在分娩当天低将近1/3。但t检验的结果差异均未达显著。The contents of progesterone and oestradiol in the milk of 50 Chinese Holstein Cows were measured at the day of their calving and the next day by means of radioimmunoassay. The result indicated： the difference between the content of progesterone in the milk of the cows whose afterbirths did not exuviate and that of the normal cows was not significant, but the eontent of oestradiol in the milk of the cows whose afterbirths did not exuviate was lower than that of the normal cows ; and on the very day of calving it was 1/3 times lower, but T-test didn＇t show significant difference.
