广东省未婚流动人口152例阴道分泌物检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解未婚女性流动人口的生殖健康状况。方法在自愿参与的原则下,对惠州地区3家工厂和15家沐浴休闲中心的未婚女性流动人口152人进行了阴道分泌物检查,检测项目:pH、滴虫、线索细胞、阴道菌群分析等。结果念珠菌阳性共21例,占13.8%;线索细胞阳性共31例,占20.4%。未发现滴虫;pH≤4.5者占92.8%、pH=5.0者仅占7.2%,pH平均数为4.06;菌群分析情况:可检出乳酸杆菌样菌高达95%。结论这一人群的乳酸杆菌样菌的检出率比以往报道偏高,pH检测结果比以往报道偏低[3],说明该地区的未婚女性流动人口的生殖健康状况是良好的。Objeetive To learn about the reproductive health （RH） status of unmarried female floating people. Methods Under informed consent, secretion in vagina was took from 152 unmarried female floating people of 3 factories and 15-massage center in Huizhou city, and the test items including pH value, Trichomomasis, line cell, Bacterium of the secretion specimens. Results 13.8 percent of the specimens （21/152） were Moniiia positive,204 percent of the speci- mens （31/152） were line cell positive ;there were no Trichomoniasis was found ;92.8 percent of the off value of the specimens was no more than 4.5, and 7.2 percent of that was 5. O, and the mean ptl value was 4.06 ;95 percent of the specimens were detected Lactobacilli. Conclusion Compare with the titerature, among the unmarried female floating people in Huizhou city, higher percent Lactobacilli positive and lower pH value were detected, and it shown a well RH status of the unmarried female floating people in this area.
