摘 要:与天然碎石骨料相比,简单破碎的再生骨料性能较差,对其进行整形与强化处理十分必要。通过颗粒整形与强化,再生骨料的性能显著提高,高品质的再生粗骨料的性能可以与天然碎石相媲美,再生细骨料的性能也有大幅度地改善。国外的再生骨料颗粒整形与强化设备比较庞大,工艺复杂,设备易磨损,生产成本较高。我们提出的利用“再生骨料自击法”对骨料进行强化,其设备小,工艺简单,设备使用寿命长,生产成本较低,在我国可以推广。Comparing to nature gravel, the properties of recycled aggregate which is treated through simple crushing are worse, so it is necessary to shape and strengthen them, Through particle shaping and strengthening, the properties of recycled aggregate get better observably, properties of high quality recycled coarse aggregate are even close to the nature gravel, and properties of recycled fine aggregate get improved also. The particle shaping and strengthen facilities of recycled aggregate overseas are large, they have the disadvantages of complex arts and crafts, easily fraied, and high cost of producing. We proposed a method which is called recycled aggregate beating itself to strengthen the aggregate. It has the advantage of small facility, simple arts and crafts, longer life time, and lower cost of producing, so it can be used widely in our country.
