摘 要:氨基磺酸系高效减水剂ASP具有减水率高、坍落度损失小等特点,但其价格较高、混凝土易泌水离析,限制了其工程应用。将氨基磺酸的聚合物与木质素磺酸盐进行接枝共聚,研制出改性氨基磺酸系高效减水剂ASM,可使生产成本降低20%。试验研究了ASM对水泥砂浆和混凝土性能的影响,结果表明,水灰比为0.26时,掺ASM的水泥净浆流动度达到248mm,120min后的净浆流动度损失率为12.1%,可满足低水灰比下配制混凝土的需要。掺0.5%ASM的水泥净浆凝结时间比同掺量ASP分别缩短100min^150min,可延缓水泥的初期水化,推迟水泥水化放热峰的出现约16h。掺0.5%ASM的砂浆泌水率由ASP的12.4%下降到1.4%,其保水性能有较大的提高,解决了氨基磺酸系减水剂离析泌水现象。ASM的减水率达到21.9%~26.3%,高于同掺量下ASP的减水率。掺ASM的混凝土2h后坍落度损失仅为13.4%~15.9%,28d混凝土的抗压强度均大于70MPa,达到了高强混凝土的要求。Aminosulfonic acid series superplasticizer(ASP) has high water reducing rate and low slump loss with time elapsed, but shortcomings such as expensive price, low workable performance, easy bleeding and segregation of concrete limit its application. A modification aminosulfonic acid series superplasticizer ASM was prepared by the grafting compolymerization of sulfonating aminosulfonic acid polycondensate with lignosulfonate. The price reduces about 20 % than that of ASP. The fluidity of the cement paste with ASM is 248mm when the water and cement ratio was 0.26, and the loss rate of fluidity is 12.1% after 120min. The setting time of cement paste adding ASM was 100min- 150min less than that of ASP, with retarded hydration of cement. The bleeding rate of mortar added 0.5 % ASM reduces from 12.4 % to 1.4 % comparing to ASP. The water-reducing ratio of ASM reaches 21.9 % -26.3 % , The 28d compressive strength ratio of concrete with ASM is more than 70MPa.
