对糖尿病合并情感障碍患者辅助心理干预对空腹血糖的影响

摘　　要：目的研究心理干预对糖尿病合并情感障碍(焦虑、抑郁)患者空腹血糖的影响。方法将95例糖尿病合并情感障碍患者随机分为对照组(给予常规护理)和干预组(给予心理干预+常规护理),分别收集对照组和干预组患者在入院时、出院时、出院后1个月的焦虑、抑郁指数及空腹血糖水平,行2组资料组间比较。结果干预组焦虑、抑郁指数及空腹血糖水平的改善情况好于对照组。结论心理干预对糖尿病合并情感障碍患者空腹血糖的下降具有积极作用。Objective To study the influences of psychological intervention on fasting blood sugar of patients with diabetes mellitus （DM） and mental disorder, Methods 95 patients with DM and mental disorder were divided into two groups randomly： control group （received routine nursing） and intervention group（received routine nursing and psychological intervention）. The patients＇ anxiety index, de pression index and fasting blood sugar of two groups were evaluated when they admitted in hospital, discharged from hospital and after one month, then the data were analyzed by statistics, Results Compared with patients in control group, the anxiety index, depression index and fasting blood sugar of patients in intervention group were improved obviously. Conclusions Psychological intervention plays an active role in decreasing fasting blood sugar of patients with DM and mental disorder.
