摘　　要：目的总结神经导航脑室镜下垂体瘤微创手术配合及护理体会。方法做好患者心理护理,掌握神经导航仪和脑室镜的操作方法,备齐术中所需器械、物品和药物,熟悉手术配合过程,术中严格无菌操作,密切观察病情变化,提高手术配合质量等。结果43例病人顺利通过手术治疗,无术后并发症,均痊愈出院。结论神经导航定位、脑室镜下垂体瘤切除术是一种定位准、损伤小、反应轻、效果好、致残低的理想的微创手术,已越来越多地受到病人和医生的欢迎,高质量的手术配合是手术成功的重要保证。Objective To summarize the experience on the nursing cooperation of hypophysectomy with neuronavigation and neuroendoscopy. Methods The nurses implemented mental care for patients and mastered operation of neuronavigation and neuroendoscopy; Meanwhile, they implemented theses work： prepared the appliances, objects and drugs needed in hypophysectomy, knew the cooperation process, obeyed sterile principle strictly, observed patients＇ conditions and so on. Results 43 patients received hypophyseetomy and without post-operation complications. All of them recovered. Conclusions Hypophysectomy with neuronavigation and neuroendoscopy is an operation with less injury, accurate orientation, slight reaction, good effect and few complication, so is welcomed by doctors and patients. High quality of nursing is important for the success of the surgery.
