摘  要:目的观察模拟潜水过程中血管内皮系统与血液系统相关指标的变化及其相互关系。方法经历阶段减压动物于加压前、减压后采血,检测ET-1、vWF、APTT、FIB、D-dimer;血小板和白细胞计数等,于出舱后取肺组织行病理检查。结果实验动物干24h内未出现减压病症状,但血浆内已有ET-1升高,vWF降低,APTT缩短,FIB减少,D-dimer减少,FⅧ活性增高,肺组织与血管内皮细胞可见轻度损伤和血小板栓子。结论实验兔经历模拟潜水过程后,出现血管内皮损伤、内源性凝血途径激活、纤溶活性受抑、白细胞总数升高和血小板减少。Objective To observe the change of several parameters of vascular endothelium system with hematological system, and to analysis their correlation during a process of simulating diving. Methods He blood samples of rabbits by prior to compression and after decompression, and then subjected to detection, such as ET-1, vWF, APTT, FIB, D-dimer, PLG, PL-IN, PLT and WBC, the pathological change of lung tissues was fulfilled after decompression. Results All the rabbits were free from any symptom of DCS, however, the ET-1 and WBC concentration was elevated, whereas vWF, FIB and D-dimer was reduced, and APTT was shortened, FⅧ activity was enhancement, Some minor damage occurred on lung tissues and platelet plug in micro-vascular. Conclusion the rabbits after simulating diving had some changs, including injury of VE, activation of intrinsic coagulation pathway, inhibition of fibrinolysis activity and the raise of WBC and PLT count decrease.
