摘　　要：唐代宦官势力与宰相权力的削长,对唐中后期政治格局产生了深远的影响。随着唐中后期政治危机的加深,宦官的权势从内廷向外朝不断延伸,首先侵夺宰相的议政权,进而干预宰相的行政权,一步步蚕食相权,逐步控制朝政,形成宦官专权。The eunuchs Power strengthening and Prime Minister＇s Power weakening deeply affected the political situation in middle and late Period Tang Dynasty. With the crisis of politics in middle and late Period of Tang Dynasty, the power of the eunuch greatly strengthened. However the power of Prime Minister was weakening. The eunuch gradually controlled the court administration.
