摘  要:为了研究快速暂态过电压对金属氧化物避雷器造成的危害,重点对氧化锌非线性电阻片在8/20μs、4/10μs、2/5μs、0.7/1.5μs等冲击电流波形下的等值电路,陡波大电流作用下的电气模型进行了分析;对MOV在陡波大电流作用下的残压波形和波头过冲现象进行了对比。认为,建立陡波下MOV的等值电路时,必须考虑MOV的动态伏安特性,另外也必须考虑到在不同波头时间的电流作用下,电流波头陡度的影响,并提出了今后重点研究的内容。In order to make a study of the damage to Metal Oxide Surge Arrester which is ansed from very fast transient overvoltages, this paper presents the equivalent circuits of metal oxide varistor (MOV) under different surge current waves, such as 8/20, 4/10, 2/5 and 0.7/1.5, and anlyses the electrical models under steep front waves, then the residual voltage waveforms and voltage overshoot of MOV subjected to steep front waves have been compared. The authors suggest that the dynamic characteristics of MOV and the influence of the front steepness be considered when investigating the equivalent circuits some research works in the future have been proposed of the currents with different front time should of MOV under steep front currents.
