摘　　要：目的分析公开发表论文前20位医院关于申请专利的情况，比较分析国内医院专利优劣势，预示未来其专利发展趋势。方法利用中国专利信息网分析医院1985年-2004年期间所申请专利的特征及这些专利的技术特点，重点分析公开发表论文前20位医院专利申请情况。结果提示20年期间医院专利总体呈上升趋势，发明专利上升明显；专利申请与论文发表不成比例；专利以器械和材料所占比例最大。结论我国医院有待重视加强专利申请工作。Objective To analyze patent applications by the top 20 hospitals in China in published papers and the advantages and disadvantages of patents owned by domestic hospitals so as to predict the development trends of their patents in the future. Methods Using data from China Patent Infonet, an analysis was made of the characteristics and technical features of the patents applied for by hospitals in the period 1985-2004, with a special focus on patent applications by the top 20 hospitals in published papers. Results It was found that in the 20-year period, patent applications by hospitals showed an upward tendency on the whole, with a marked rise in invention patents, a lack of proportion between patent applications and published papers, and a greater proportion of instruments and materials patents. Conchtsion Domestic hospitals ought to give more attention to patent applications.
