摘　　要：按照应力,强度分布干涉理论,对多维机械可靠性设计进行系统的研究,对可能存在的各种情况进行分析并提出处理意见,将多维可靠性设计转化为求解非线性方程组,并且最优化方法求解。作为方法的应用,最后给出了过盈联结可靠性设计的实例。这里法不仅适用于机械零部件的设计,对机械系统的设计也同样适用。With the interference theory for distribution of stress - strength, multidimensional reliability design for machine is made a systematic study, different circumstances that can be encountered in design is analyze, and a way to handle it is found, multidimensional reliability design is reduced to solve an nonlinear equations set with numerical method. As a application of the method, at last of the article, a example of reliability design for interference fit is given. This method not only applies to the design of machine elements, and it but also applies to the design of mechanical system.
