摘　　要：高校思想政治教育工作贯彻落实科学发展观的实质,就是在创新教育中实现以人为本。教育本身是两个主体,一个是教育者,一个是受教育者。与时俱进改进方法、丰富内涵、务求实效是思想政治教育工作创新的关键。The scientific development concept in the ideology work in higher education is to achieve people oriented in the education of innovation. Education includes two subjects tone is the educator and the other one is the educatee. Changing methods, enriching connotation and getting effective results are the key points of innovation of the work of ideology.
