摘　　要：国防科技工业是我国的战略性产业。国防科技工业转型将直将关系到我国的国防和经济建设。我国国防科技工业转型的原因、转型的路径以及转型中应该注意的问题,是研究国防科技工业转型的重点。The industry of Science and techniques of defence is a strategic industry of our country. The industry of science and techniques of defence makes the transition and concerns the national defence and economic construction of our country directly. Question which should be paid attention to in route and transition of the reason, transition why the industry of science and techniques of defence of our country makes the transition, study the focal point that the industry of science and techniques of defence makes the transition.
