摘　　要：产业化必须以一定的项目作为载体来实施,有效的项目管理模式是农业产业化成功的关键。文章通过对农业产业化项目管理模式理论及依据的探析,并利用相关的知识与方法,对农业产业化项目管理模式进行了分析与归纳,提出了农业产业化项目管理7种基本管理模式。It is necessary to realize the agricultural industrialization through the carrier of certain projects, and the key to succeed is to run with effective project management mode. By reviewing the theoretical base of agricultural industrialization project management mode and introducing relevant project management knowledge and methods, this paper analyses and summarizes generally the agricultural industrialization from the level of management mode. Furthermore it provides 7 basic management modes for agricultural industrialization project management.
