摘　　要：加强党的执政能力建设,提高执政能力和领导水平,是马克思主义建党学说的重要内容,是贯穿执政党建设始终的重大问题。中共三代领导人高度重视党的执政能力建设,对这一重大课题进行积极的探索,形成了比较完整、系统而又具有各自时代特色的执政能力建设思想,具有重要的理论和现实意义。It is important issue to stress the competence of Party＇s power in office and raise the level of leadership .This is main content in building Party on the base of Marxism. The top leaders of the Chinese Communist Party of the past three generations attached importance to the competence of being in power. It is of great theoretic and realistic significance to explore the competence of this issue which their characteristic complete and systematic ,construction ideas of Party power in office were practiced.
