摘　　要：研究了树脂颗粒形态和平均聚合度对聚氯乙烯(PVC)加工性能的影响,通过改善生产工艺、调整聚合配方,开发出具有颗粒形态好、平均聚合度适中的硬质型材专用PVC树脂,满足了新型进口生产线的高速加工要求。The effect of granule configuration and average polymerization degree on the processing property of PVC was studied . A good PVC resin being used for rigid profiles, which has good granule configuration and moderate average polymerization degree, is obtained by improving product technics and adjusting the formula of polymerization. The resin is suit for the high-speed processing of a new production line.
