摘 要:分析了非电导爆管起爆网络的连接和传爆过程,找出了采用该起爆网络进行水下炸礁时,炮孔装药产生拒爆的原因。结果表明,受紊乱水流影响,导爆管网络相互叠加,比较凌乱,致使传爆雷管产生的聚能射流和碎片容易将尚未传爆的导爆管切断或打破,而使局部网路爆轰传递中断,造成拒爆现象的发生。经过分析比较和现场测试,找到最佳的拒爆防护方案,即在标准连接法的基础上加以改进,将逆向连接的传爆雷管折回的幅度增大,并将该打折的导爆管与雷管一起固定在网络的连接点上,使打折部位顺滑而不受力。The link and explosion transmission of non-electric detonator network were analyzed and the cause of misfire during underwater reef blasting with the network was found out. It shows that the network, affected by stream of water, superposes each other leading to the jet of detonator energy cavity and metal fragments which can break the nonel-tube without transmitting detonation yet, so as to make the detonation transmission in some local network break off and bring about misfire, An optimal protective measure was found, which is a mend to the standard link by retracing the converse detonator with a great extent and fixing the retraced nonel-tube with the detonator together to make the retraced part of nonel-tube smooth and bear little force of water stream.
