摘  要:改革开放以来,我国城乡居民生活水平有了很大的提高,消费模式发生了很大的变化,人均粮食和蔬菜的需求量下降,肉蛋奶及副食品的需求上升,这些变化导致城市人均虚拟水消费量增加了54.72 m3,农村人均虚拟水消费量增加了58.94 m3,全国由于消费结构变化导致人均虚拟需水量增加了746.35 m3。Since the policy of reform and open was carried out in 1978, the people's living standard has been greatly improved. Great changes have taken place in consumption patterns. The food and vegetable requirements have decreased, while the meat, egg and other non-stable foodstuffs requirements have increased. These changes have impacts on the virtual water consumption. The per capita virtual water consumption by urban residents has increased 54.72 m^3 , while the per capita virtual water consumption by rural residents has increased 58. 94 m^3. The total virtual water requirement increase of the whole country due to the changes in consumption structure is 746.35 m^3 per capita.
