用铸造缺陷修补机焊补铸铁件的渗漏缺陷

摘　　要：用铸造缺陷修补机对灰铁HT250、球铁QT500试块,以及2件HT250泵体、3件QT500阀体渗漏缺陷进行了焊补试验,并对焊补效果进行检测和显微分析,结果证明用铸造缺陷修补机焊补灰铁、球铁铸件缺陷的焊补质量良好、可靠。gray iron and ductile iron, specimens as well as two gray iron pump bodies and three ductile iron valve bodies were welded trially by using easting defect repairing machine, The welding quality was inspected and the miemstrures in welding areas were examined, The results showed that the welding quality of casting defect repairing maehine for repairing gray and ductile iron castings is excellent and reliable.
