摘 要:针对输气管道产生水合物问题提出了水合物热力学抑制剂的3个计算公式,其中,由抑制剂冰点下降ΔT计算天然气水合物生成温度的理论公式不受抑制剂种类与浓度的限制,冰点下降较易测定。对某管道使用的甲醇、乙二醇抑制剂进行了试验,结果表明,加入10%的抑制剂即可防止管道内水合物生成。给出了动力学抑制剂VC-713现场的应用实例,应用结果表明,只有将动力学抑制剂与热力学抑制剂结合起来,才能收到良好的抑制效果。Gas hydrate is usually formed during the transportation and treatment of oil and gas, resulting in the plug of gas pipeline and equipment. To solve this problem, three thermodynamics calculation formulas are analyzed. Using the fall of inhibitors freezing point Δt to calculate formation temperature of natural gas hydrates is considered to be better. It is not limited by kinds and concentration of inhibitors and the fall of freezing point could be measured easily. The result of testing methanol and mono-ethylene glycol in a pipeline show that adding 10% inhibitors to the pipeline can prevent hydrates formation. Kinetic inhibitors are top research at present. They are separated into two kinds (polymer and surface active agents). Their characteristics, mechanisms and application prospect are introduced separately. Polymer inhibitors have better efficiency. The field application of VC-713 is given. In practice,combining thermodynamics inhibitors with kinetic inhibitors can be better.
