摘  要:对羟基苯甲酸与正丁醇在对甲苯磺酸催化下,微波辐射法合成对羟基苯甲酸丁酯。考察了酯化反应的各种影响因素,优化的反应条件为:n(对羟基苯甲酸)∶n(正丁醇)=1∶2,微波辐射功率500 W,微波辐射时间30 m in,对羟基苯甲酸丁酯产率为97%。Butyl p-hydroxy benzoate was synthesized by the reaction of p-hydroxy benzoic acid with butyl alcohol in the presence of p-methyl benzene sulfonic acid under microwave irradiation, and the influencing factors of reaction were investigated. The optimum conditions were determined as follows : the mole ratio of p-hydroxy benzoic acid to butanol was 1:2 ,microwave irradiation power was 500 W and the reaction time was 30min, the yield of butyl p-hydroxy benzoate was 97%.
